ParentKit (“the app”) is developed by Edgar Mejía, an independent developer. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
The service
Section titled “The service”ParentKit lets parents and caregivers track a baby’s sleep, feedings, diapers, and custom events, shared in real time with the members of that baby’s care circle. The app is provided as-is, and features may change or be discontinued over time.
Your account
Section titled “Your account”You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be an adult (18 or older) to create an account. You are responsible for who you invite to a baby’s care circle and for the data you enter.
Acceptable use
Section titled “Acceptable use”You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Apple’s terms
Section titled “Apple’s terms”ParentKit is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Where those terms conflict with these, Apple’s terms control for matters relating to the App Store, purchases, and app distribution.
Subscriptions
Section titled “Subscriptions”ParentKit Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Your content
Section titled “Your content”You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process it to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
Section titled “Termination”You may stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing contact@edgarmejia.com. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
Section titled “Disclaimer and liability”ParentKit is a tracking tool and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice; consult a healthcare professional for decisions about your baby’s health. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties and the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Changes to these terms
Section titled “Changes to these terms”Any updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
